East Mongaup River Park
The East Mongaup River Park (fka the Thompson Town Park), is a beautiful 173-acre open space located in Monticello. NEW for 2026 – a new playground and dogpark in the Orchard area! The park features many amenities including playgrounds, pavilions, trails and more. Looking to host your next family reunion or party outdoors? Sites are available for rent. The Town also hosts a summer day camp for children. Recreational events are often hosted by the Town year-round at the park, see what’s coming up next.
