Just show up and join the walk! Get all the details below…\n\nWHEN: Saturday\, February 18th from 10am-12pm…in the event of severe weather or a lack of snow\, the event will be rescheduled. Keep an eye on this event listing and the website for details!\n\nWHERE: Lake Ida Park at 53 Adams Rd. in Rock Hill (Note: the Park is not currently open but will open on the 18th only\, there are no restroom facilities on site)\n\nWHAT: Join Hal Simon of Fortress Bikes as he offers group snowshoe lessons and a guided walk\n\nRSVP: Reservations are ONLY necessary if you’d like to rent the snowshoes\, otherwise just show up. DESCRIPTION:Experience the Town of Thompson’s new Lake Ida Park at 53 Adams Road in Rock Hill! Enjoy a guided walk around beautiful Lake Ida on October 15th\, from 10am until noon. Local nature expert Bill Cutler will lead this relaxing “walk and talk” event. This is an easy walk\, not a hike\, and all ages are welcome. Leashed dogs can join us\, too\, as convenient doggy stations have been installed along the lake trail.
