Was the public involved in the plan?

Yes! The Town formed a Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee to lead the effort and sought feedback from citizens regarding their ideas and visions for the future. This was accomplished through surveys, workshops, focus groups and other methods. State law also required that the Town Board hold at least one formal public hearing prior the plan’s adoption.
