Instructor Jamie Vandervoort will lead FREE classes at East Mongaup River Park in the upper pavilion every Tuesday and Thursday\, 5:30-6:30pm. SUMMARY:Stranger Things on Broadway Trip
DESCRIPTION:Join us on April 11th for a Thompson Youth Program day trip by bus to see Stranger Things: The First Shadow on Broadway. Experience the thrilling origin story of Hawkins on stage in this Tony Award-winning play! The cost is free for kids 18 and under\, and adult tickets are $165\, which includes bus transportation to and from the show.\n\nPurchase tickets\, here: https://thompsonny.myrec.com/info/activities/program_details.aspx?ProgramID=29838\n\nNEW! We have opened ticket sales to those who reside outside of Thompson – so anyone can join us if they purchase tickets now.\n\nEach group seeing the show must be accompanied by an adult chaperone who must also purchase a ticket. There is a maximum of one adult per child and up to three children per adult. Adults must accompany a Thompson youth. We are also offering a free waitlist for out-of-town residents!\n\nNo child under 5 is permitted into the theater. We strongly suggest that you only bring preteens to this show\, as it can be intense.\nThe bus will leave from the Old Navy parking lot near Thompson Town Hall at 8:30 am and the bus will depart NYC directly after the show\, returning between 6-7 pm.

DESCRIPTION:The Town of Thompson Youth Program will be travelling to see the Christmas Spectacular on Sunday December 7\, 2025 by bus and all Thompson youth are invited to join us. The cost is free for children and an adult ticket is $150 (plus fees) and all participants must be residents of the town. Your group must be accompanied by an adult chaperone\, who must also purchase a ticket. One adult per child max\, and up to 3 kids per adult max.
