DESCRIPTION:Get ready to stretch and pose under the upper pavilion at East Mongaup River Park (formerly known as Town of Thompson Park) on the first Saturday of the month starting in June. Town residents of all experience levels are invited to join in FREE adult yoga classes starting June 3rd. Additional classes will be held on July 1st and August 5th. Classes are held from noon until 1pm. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket.\n\nThis program is brought to you by Town of Thompson Parks & Recreation.
