The Town of Thompson today announced its adoption of MuniCollab’s digital platform to modernize operations for its public land-use review process. This implementation represents a significant advancement in the Town’s commitment to efficient governance and transparent municipal processes.

“Adopting MuniCollab’s platform is a major step forward in our efforts to streamline operations and better serve our residents,” said Town Supervisor William J. Rieber, Jr. “This technology will make the application and review process more accessible while increasing transparency throughout the entire land use review lifecycle.”

Beginning May 1, 2025, the Town of Thompson Planning Board began accepting new applications through the MuniCollab portal. The Zoning Board of Appeals will follow shortly behind. The comprehensive system will digitize the entire land use review process from initial submission to final decision, creating a more efficient experience for applicants, board members, and the public.
